Representative zone
The representative zone is the company’s face and image. Here the first impression about the company is formed. Usually the company is represented by several work places: reception, waiting room, conference hall, locker room, and manager’s office. These places serve for communication not only with the company’s employees, but also with the clients, partners, suppliers or job seekers.
If the furniture for reception is selected properly, it is possible to introduce the company as cozy, friendly and dynamic. At the same time the representative zones serve to illustrate the company’s position in the market. And it is completely unimportant whether the company’s manager himself prefers luxury or is modest.
The materials, design and color harmonization are very important. The furniture of representative zones have to correspond to the company’s financial condition (for example, leather upholstery would symbolize luxury).
