Products. “Gurda” was one of the first in Lithuania to specialize in the manufacture of ergonomic office furniture and to cooperate with ergonomic specialists and medics. The orientation to the manufacture of ergonomic office furniture is the strategic decision of “Gurda”. The ergonomic office furniture was still novelty in Lithuania several years ago, but now it is getting more and more popular. At present the major part of “Gurda” business consists of creation and sales of ergonomic office furniture.

Achievements. The attention to clients, experienced specialists, creativity, and quick mastering of advanced technologies and new design forms are the main advantages, which helped “Gurda” to become one of the leaders in the manufacture of ergonomic office furniture in Lithuania in quite short time period.

Creativity. “Gurda” pays special attention to cooperation with the Lithuanian and foreign designers – with the well-known and with the ones, who are still beginning their career. We provide the young designers with the possibility to work with the experienced team of “Gurda”, and in such a way we attempt to educate the young Lithuanian talents and to grow the creative potential. These steps of “Gurda” served the purpose – its production is distinguished by original design and construction and is able to compete not only in domestic, but also in the international market. “Gurda” was awarded with the diploma for successful cooperation with designers in the exhibition held in 2002 “Furniture 2002”. In 2003 the ergonomic chair was nominated as the Lithuanian product of the year. In 2004 the system of office furniture “Y system” won the main prize in the exhibition in Lithuania.

The “Gurda” products were acknowledged on domestic and international level. Its furniture is appreciated by both – clients and market’s experts.
